Welcome to the North Midlands Crown Green Bowling Associations Web Site.
It is intended that our web site will keep the bowlers in the North Midlands up to date with everything that is happening in the world of crown green bowling within the North Midlands and beyond.
We are affiliated to the British CGBA and we recognise the BCGBA as the ruling body and will promote and further its interests.
Within the North Midlands there are five leagues in operation with a total of fifty two clubs playing within those leagues. These leagues play their matches on Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings. In addition various competitions are organised by these leagues throughout the season.    
  
The main areas of our site are the County Teams and County Competitions.
We intend to load the results of all county games played by the senior and junior county throughout their existance to the site.
Bowlers will then be able to check on any match played by the county and also be able to search for the results of any bowler who has played for the county.
Regarding the Veterans County it is not known whether this will be possible but various avenues are being searched to see if this can be achieved.

All County Competition preliminary and final rounds will appear under the respective competition. We also intend to update all our competitions history in due course if this this at all possible..
