NORTH MIDLANDS AGM

The AGM was held on Sunday 29th January with all clubs in attendance with the exception of GRENDON and POTTERS GREEN, who will be fined £25 each as per RULE 5.



The Notices of Motion were passed by a substantial majority in each case.

These being:



Senior Merit -  Eight players from each of the Coventry and District Premier One and Premier Two teams shall be entered automatically into the North Midlands County Merit.

The Entry Fee to be reduced to £2 per player.



Senior and Junior Individual Merit Competitions



Rule Four will now read:



For the Preliminary rounds the roll call shall be made by the green captain at the time appointed. The draw for play shall take place immediately following the roll call and only players present at the Roll Call shall be included in the draw.



Rules 5, 6, and 7 will be renumbered to 6, 7 and 8 respectively.



New Rule Five



The Senior Individual Merit Finals draw for play shall take place at a venue and time, which will be determined by the County Competition Secretary in conjunction with the Officers of the Association.



The Junior Individual Merit draw for play shall take place immediately following the appointed Roll Call time and only players present at the Roll Call time shall be included in the draw.
